The Carib Country Sugar Estates and Georgetown (1797 – 2010)

Examines the circumstances which created the Carib Country Sugar Estates and the birth of Georgetown in Charlotte Parish in the island of St. Vincent in the Caribbean. The book also looks at the economic and social links between the two entities and places them in their historical perspectives during their early development as part of a British Colony in the period 1797 to 1979 and also during the first three decades (1979-2010) of a young independent nation.
